4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are agreed in advance before any work commences. We operate on a fixed-fee basis: recurring services are billed monthly, and advisory and project work is agreed as a fixed fee upfront, as outlined in our engagement letter.

- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 4% above the Bank of England base rate
- We may suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days
5. Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:

- Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect our advice
- Respond to our requests for information within reasonable timeframes
- Review and approve any filings or submissions before we submit them on your behalf
- Maintain your own records and retain copies of all documents provided to us
We cannot be held responsible for any penalties, interest, or adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.

Horizon UK Tax Solutions is led by a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and adheres to its Professional Rules and Practice Guidelines and the Professional Conduct in Relation to Taxation (PCRT). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Taxation Disciplinary Board (www.tax-board.org.uk), the independent body that handles complaints about CIOT members.
