Personal Tax & Self Assessment
Self Assessment, handled end to end
Fixed-fee UK Self Assessment tax returns for individuals, with planning to claim every allowance and relief you are due.
The Short Answer
Living abroad does not switch off your UK tax return. If you still have UK income or gains, or HMRC has issued you a notice to file, you must complete a Self Assessment return even though you are non-resident.
The complication for expats is the SA109 residence page. It is the form that tells HMRC you are non-resident and claims split-year treatment or the foreign income and gains (FIG) regime, and it cannot be filed through HMRC’s free online service. That single page is why most non-residents use an agent.
Whether you are employed, self-employed, or earning rental income, we prepare and submit your return accurately, with all allowable expenses claimed and every fee agreed before work begins.
